I know it will sound odd, but I really enjoyed doing business here. After all, there is no shortage of horror stories about car shopping. Without exception, everyone I spoke to here, including other c business here. After all, there is no shortage of horror stories about car shopping. Without exception, everyone I spoke to here, including other customers, was friendly. I wasn't an easy customer. I was shopping for my elderly mother who was in Florida at the time. Therefore, I could not buy the car right away. Then there was the problem of the not yet received title on the trade in. Then my sister announced she was working a deal in Florida to see if we could save a few hundred dollars. Every obstacle that arose, John found a way to deal with it. He not only had the answers, he stayed late on two occasions to help me. The car now has a thousand miles on it and we are enjoying it. I look forward to a continued relationship with this dealership as I bring the car in for service. If the service department is half as good as the sales department, I will have no problems. We went to Honda of Kingston to look for a reliable used car for my 18 year old granddaughter. John Hutton was our sales person and he was the best! Then Paul Arena assisted us with the financing. Again, Paul was really helpful and made the transaction smooth and stress free. Erik introduced us to Chris Longinott the next morning and he instantly understood what we needed and how much we wanted to pay, showing us exactly what we were searching for. In this case a 2011 Honda Civic LX which we are very happy with. My husband and I felt that Chris had our best interest at heart. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions and was extremely personable. We really liked him.
