Knowing two people who had recently bought cars from Honda of Kingston and who had wonderful things to say about their experiences, I naturally wanted to at least give them an opportunity to match what Honda of Kingston and who had wonderful things to say about their experiences, I naturally wanted to at least give them an opportunity to match what I thought was a very good price quote I had from another dealer. I must say, not only did they match the price, but I felt so very taken care of from beginning to end. This was, of course, due to the quality of the people who work at Honda of Kingston. My sales person, Mike, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in doing everything he could to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, as quickly as possible. He kept me informed as things progressed, often contacting me several times a day, and I had my dream car within a very reasonable amount of time. The sales manager, Cristian, came and introduced himself to me early on in the buying process, with a big welcoming smile and handshake. There was never any pressure to buy, it felt more like everyone was there to make sure that I had a positive experience at their dealership. Wyatt, ever upbeat and smiling, made the paperwork move quickly. All in all, I can honestly say that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will definitely listen as well to my two friends who tell me the service department is equally as wonderful to deal with. More
