He spent basically the whole day with us, guiding us through the entire process, answering our questions, and addressing concerns that came up along the way. Haris and Daniel were also super helpful and connected us with a bank that made sense for us. No "hard sell" tactics or shady stuff like I have experienced at other dealerships. Brian Secord showed me the photos that indicated I needed a wheel alignment, (Cool new feature -- just drove into the service area.) Terrible service department. Used to be great! Called to have a tire looked at on my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy (2nd car bought from Lia). One tire is losing air regularly and service department said the can have a tire looked at on my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy (2nd car bought from Lia). One tire is losing air regularly and service department said the can’t get me in for 3 weeks! xxx !! Unacceptable since I’m using the car for a trip sooner than that! Even explained that to service xxxxx and all she had for me was “sorry, that’s the best I can do” Screw you Lia! Service is your money maker and you’ve lost me for future sales and service! More
Day 17 that they have had my car to fix the same problem a second time. Told me the issue was the battery and charged me about $200 for a new one. Though I thought the problem was the starter, I wrongly ass a second time. Told me the issue was the battery and charged me about $200 for a new one. Though I thought the problem was the starter, I wrongly assumed they knew more than me. That first time took 14 days to get the vehicle back. 3 days later I had the same issue. It is now day 17 and I have had no communication from them. Call3d twice and was basically told don't call us we'll call you. I live I, a rural area and being without this vehicle for so long is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Wayne Fuhrman More
Not surprised. The Service Manager responded to one of my negative ratings asking me to contact him. Called around 3:45 and told he was gone for the day.
