I brought my daughter's car in for a recall notice. Scott Valet was the technician that took care of me, and he couldn't have been nicer. I have had some unpleasant experiences at other dealership service departments. Not so here, thank goodness! Michael Carpenter was the person who checked me in and very thoroughly explained what was going to be done and how long it would proba been a recall.
