Worst service ever. A month ago I had my 2018 Tucson (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and installed a new one. 3 days later I hav3 the same issue with the car not starting. I had the vehicle towed back there and have been waiting 2 weeks to have it looked at. Called and was told they didn't know when they would be able to get to it. I know this will be the end of my relationship with this dealership. Recommend others do the same. More
I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted by Laura Traudt, a service writer. He then escorted me to a new SUV loaner car. At the end of the day I returned and received my car. a perfect service appointment. It's also nice to stop in any time and receive a courtesy car wash. I just got stopped by a NYS Trooper to let me know that my drivers side brake light was out. So since I was close I decided to go over to the dealer to get it taken care of. This is my 3rd Sonata from Lia, so obviously I am very satisfied with the service I receive here. More
The first evening there, we were able to test drive the vehicle we traveled an hour to see. No one would talk deal as they all seemed like they want to go home.
