Worst service ever. A month ago I had my 2018 Tucson (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and installed a new one. 3 days later I hav3 the same issue with the car not starting. I had the vehicle towed back there and have been waiting 2 weeks to have it looked at. Called and was told they didn't know when they would be able to get to it. I know this will be the end of my relationship with this dealership. Recommend others do the same. More

I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted by Laura Traudt, a service writer. He then escorted me to a new SUV loaner car. At the end of the day I returned and received my car. a perfect service appointment. It's also nice to stop in any time and receive a courtesy car wash. I just got stopped by a NYS Trooper to let me know that my drivers side brake light was out. So since I was close I decided to go over to the dealer to get it taken care of.
