Terrible service department. Used to be great! Called to have a tire looked at on my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy (2nd car bought from Lia). One tire is losing air regularly and service department said the can have a tire looked at on my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy (2nd car bought from Lia). Even explained that to service xxxxx and all she had for me was “sorry, that’s the best I can do” Screw you Lia! Service is your money maker and you’ve lost me for future sales and service! More
Day 17 that they have had my car to fix the same problem a second time. Told me the issue was the battery and charged me about $200 for a new one. Though I thought the problem was the starter, I wrongly assumed they knew more than me. That first time took 14 days to get the vehicle back. 3 days later I had the same issue. It is now day 17 and I have had no communication from them. Call3d twice and was basically told don't call us we'll call you. Not surprised. The Service Manager responded to one of my negative ratings asking me to contact him. Called around 3:45 and told he was gone for the day. Worst service ever. A month ago I had my 2018 Tucson (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and installed a new one. 3 days later I hav3 the same issue with the car not starting. I had the vehicle towed back there and have been waiting 2 weeks to have it looked at. Called and was told they didn't know when they would be able to get to it. I know this will be the end of my relationship with this dealership. Recommend others do the same. More
I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted by Laura Traudt, a service writer. He then escorted me to a new SUV loaner car. At the end of the day I returned and received my car. a perfect service appointment. It's also nice to stop in any time and receive a courtesy car wash. I just got stopped by a NYS Trooper to let me know that my drivers side brake light was out. So since I was close I decided to go over to the dealer to get it taken care of. This is my 3rd Sonata from Lia, so obviously I am very satisfied with the service I receive here. More
