Never again After buying 10 cars from this dealership over 12 years I was treated very disrespectfully by an assistant manager during another car purchase. chris After buying 10 cars from this dealership over 12 years I was treated very disrespectfully by an assistant manager during another car purchase. chris the sales person was very good and took my concerns about some previous service issues seriously. I had relayed that these issues were causing me to reconsider purchasing future vehicles but I was willing to give it one more chance. They advertised online that the vehicle was rebated $4000 and they did discount the vehicle this. I asked for my $500 loyalty discount and Chris went to get a manager. The manager returned very flippant and said that he was giving me more than I deserved on my trade in so he wasn’t going to discount any further. There was no concern or questions about all the service problems I experienced. When I told them alright I am not interested but made a point to compLiment Chris the salesman how he had responded to those concerns, the manager sarcastically patted him on the back and mockingly said “good job Chris”. I might have gotten over the slap in the face I felt by not getting the loyalty discount after buying 10 cars but that interaction was the last straw. This manager was so rude that I didn’t even hear his name when he mentioned it. It started with an R, I believe. I do not want to choose a name listed that I am not sure of. More

We weren't exactly sure which model or color we preferred and he worked with us and brought a car in from another dealer in their group in order to give us exactly what we wanted.
