I honestly cannot say enough about his customer service. He broke down pricing of the vehicles we had in mind and found us one that was within our monthly price range. There was no question unanswered and I had a lot of them. He made the process extremely easy and comfortable. He has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even after an issue with the passenger side view mirror after 2 days of purchase....which caused quite a bit of upset since I use my mirrors and I am relying on a safe vehicle being 8 months pregnant! AJ did everything that he could to correct the issue and was even able to supply a rental vehicle while the mirror was being fixed and ensured the car would be looked over again. I also want to thank Chris for being so understanding and letting a rental car go off the lot for "just a mirror" after we were told by another manager the day prior that we were not getting a rental despite the safety concern because technically in NY its legal to have 2 working mirrors and its not their responsibility.........seriously. I think anyone that spent that money 2 days prior, with a pregnant lady driving the car... expecting a safe vehicle would have been livid. Thank you Chris and AJ. You were wonderful and I highly recommend anyone doing business with them. More

Service was great Dave Bedian was awesome. I don’t know much about cars except that it doesn’t sound right... Dave explained everything and was true to his word. My car Dave Bedian was awesome.
