James showed me a few other models but my heart was still set on a 2017 Elantra. He encouraged me to take the Elantra that caught my eye for a test drive. Once I was in it, I was sold!! From start to finish, James answered all of my questions. I'm not a fan of pushy salesmen and quite thankful to not have dealt with that kind of a person. (if so, I probably would have walked away and gone elsewhere!) He was very personable, not always something that the new generation have the skills for.
