I had numerous questions and was interested in a few different vehicles. From the moment I was greeted by Mr. Acosta I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to not only let me test drive each vehicle I was interested in but also gave an in-depth explanation of each car, it's features, benefits and mechanics. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Hyundai products as a whole, he was able to explain the difference between a traditional automatic transmission and a Dual Clutch in a way that made it very easy to understand. At the dealership I visited prior I felt very rushed and pressured to make a purchase but at Lia Hyundai with James I experienced no such thing. I am very pleased with the 2017 Sonata sport James helped me get into, initially I had my mind set on an Elantra but after taking all things into consideration, the mid-size Sonata would fit my current and future needs much better.
