Bought second Elantra through Lia - good overall experience I bought my second new Elantra through Lia. I worked with Terrence Baxton this time also. He was helpful, patient, and willing to work with me on ge I bought my second new Elantra through Lia. I worked with Terrence Baxton this time also. He was helpful, patient, and willing to work with me on getting the deal I was after. Overall Lia has been a good choice with only a few minor hiccups. Most of which I attribute to normal circumstances found in any dealership. The only fault from this visit was that it took a while to have the car ready for me to pick it up. I am not sure why that happened. Although I have had similar situations at other dealers before. More

That said, I probably should have waited until after the holidays to reduce the stress and brought someone with me. It is difficult for me ,as a widow to make some of the decisions such as how much I needed which service package without guidance from someone I know and trust. I guess I would say you should ask me in a few months if I indeed am happy with the decision I made, because I am still getting used to the smaller car.
