Even after I bought my car, Curtis followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure I was completely happy. I had some trouble with my bluetooth connecting and came back and Curtis showed me again how to connect my phone. I also lost one of my keys and had to order a new fob and Curtis made sure it was programmed for free. More

I went to Lia Hyundai to purchase a 2011 Sonata and to take advantage of the .9% financing. My salesman, Jason Cosmo, was very helpful in showing me what was available. The only problem that we had was finding a basic Sonata(without all the "bells and whistles") that was available in silver for immediate delivery. After meeting with the sales manager, Jon Kirschman, they found that a Sonata, meeting my needs, was coming in that weekend on a "swap". I had checked the Consumer Reports pricing and I felt that I received a very fair price. My new car had rather high mileage for a new vehicle because it had been "swaped" between a couple of dealerships in western New York and then was driven to Albany, New York. When I voiced concern about this, the general manager,Michael Bowers, gave me a voucher for future use for service on the vehicle. I felt that in every way,Lia Hyundai went that "extra mile" to accommodate me. More
