Awesome experience We were looking for a used car for our daughter so our criteria was pretty tough but our funds were limited. We stopped into the dealership looking for a particular car we'd seen on line. Our salesman was Steve "Fitzy" Fitzgerald. He was very helpful from the start and tho the car we'd seen was actually at a NY dealership (we didn't look very carefully at the listing) he searched his inventory. No SUV's were within our budget but he found us another car that was close (of course the price was higher than the funds we had) but my daughter fell in love with the car and he worked his magic and made it happen within our budget! He was very helpful and understood our financial limits. My daughter is now the proud owner of a car she loves and we can be at ease knowing that the car is safe and will last her a while. If you need a car - go to Lia Nissan and ask for Steve! He's an amazing sales person and won't force you into a purchase you can't handle. Great experience!! More
Awful Bought the car over the weekend, was told could pick up Monday went in and was only able to do paperwork cause the car wasn't ready. Didn't matter cause when I picked it up the papers that were on the outside were thrown on the backsea and shoved in the glove box, a layer of dust in all compartments, mats not put down and clips for them missing. Angel covered his own butt and lied saying I just left when I waited in the car for 10 minutes for him to show me how to use everything. Also, the only dealership who will only give you a half a tank if you buy a used car, every other place I've gotten from gives you A FULL tank! More
Horrible i Brought my car in on a Friday to be looked at because it was making a howling noise . I was told it was the transmition. After numerous phone calls i Brought my car in on a Friday to be looked at because it was making a howling noise . I was told it was the transmition. After numerous phone calls to check on my car I was told they were still waiting in parts. On 2 occasions Jeremie was suppose to call me back which he never did. Three weeks later my car still had not been touched. I ended up taking my car to another dealer . Within a day the new dealer had approval from Nissan ordered the transmition and will have my car back to me within a week. I am totally dissatisfied with lia and will NEVER step foot in that dealership again! More

Disgusting and Disappointing when I purchshed my lease Michael went over everything sign a contract I signed a refund form for my 100$ deposit that they told me I needed to ho when I purchshed my lease Michael went over everything sign a contract I signed a refund form for my 100$ deposit that they told me I needed to hold the vehicle till I came back to pick it up as it was the weekend that it will be returned to me once I bought the car and I sign it and guess what they never gave it back n wen talking to him he told me oh well sorry the bank already took your money and we took it for your lease excuse me I SIGNED A LEGAL DOCUMENT for a refund to my card upon purshased of the vehichle and the manager Mark Vieira he also went over the form and told me my refund will be refunded within couple of days and its funny how they add it in all the paper work your signing giving u a copy of all the paper work except the form you sign for the refund funny u guys are funny and you know I can make this bigger then a review but word of the mouth goes along way and I work with a lot of people and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and loyal customers are hard to find and word. gets around and its very sad and disappointing that Nissan will do this that you guys totally lied to my face its very very dissapointing and once this lease is over I will never ever lease threw them again More
