Gave the absolute best dealer I have dealt with no pressure the did everything to meet my needs and make the best deal.

Overall it is a good dealership. - WASJUSTIS24

Overall it is a good dealership. Their sales people are friendly and respectful without being pushy. However I did not like that after the sale I had emailed and or called a couple of times and either I did not get a call or an email back or it took a lot longer to get a response. As far as the repairs I would say that they need to let people know what they need in terms of recommendations so that we can make the decision right then and there when our vehicle is being serviced.

The service department exceeds expectations. - tracyannemilia

The service department exceeds expectations. My car needed to stay longer than I had anticipated. Jim was able to set me up with a loaner even though there were none available. It was very much appreciated

Bought a 2025 Nissan Ariya from Barberino Nissan in - Antoniogarcia221999

Bought a 2025 Nissan Ariya from Barberino Nissan in August 11, 2025 and I’m still impressed a year later. Barberino did the whole deal the sameday. Hugo walked me through the EV tax credit paperwork himself, which was such an easy experience. Since then I’ve had it in twice for service, both times with Thomas’s team, and both times I was out in under an hour with a clear explanation of what they checked. Still happy I chose them over the dealer closer to my house.

Very disappointed with service insisting that I had a - mbfontaine5

Very disappointed with service insisting that I had a front seal leak on the transfer case and the repair would be $1400. I asked a few follow up questions about this issue and was rudely dismissed. I then went to Gates Nissan and they said there was no leak!!!

Elias is the absolute best! - Nbehunick

Elias is the absolute best! This was my second time working with him and he made the whole process to turn in my lease and lease a new car so simple. He is extremely kind and trustworthy and I know he is always working to get me a great deal. Jonathan was also quick, efficient, and informative while dealing with the finance side of the process and all of the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and it is worth taking the trip there every single time.

Terrible Customer Service - Go Elsewhere! - Broken Car

Terrible Customer Service - Go Elsewhere! We bought a luxury vehicle from this dealership and where mislead and lied to about the car. So much so, the vehicle failed inspection! 10 months later and we have still not been reimbursed for having to pay to have the vehicle repaired to pass inspection. You are just a number here, no help at all.

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. - Nancy.dudek

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. After SEVERAL calls to the dealership we had no call back or explanation regarding getting the title. Mariela was the ONLY CONTACT who responded! I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Harte Nissan’s service staff and sales staff gave me a - NOSAJM#1

Harte Nissan’s service staff and sales staff gave me a warm welcome, including the Executive Manager, General Sales Manager, and Service Director! They answered all of my questions too! The joy, happiness, and love Harte’s employees extend toward their customers is refreshing.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
