Service department can't be trusted just be aware of the LIA 5K MANUFACTURER SERVICE. My tires were never rotated last 3 oil changes and I had to bring the car back for them to rotate them. Then the Service LIA 5K MANUFACTURER SERVICE. My tires were never rotated last 3 oil changes and I had to bring the car back for them to rotate them. Then the Service manager had the nerve to call me and tell me that the tires are wearing even so no need to rotate. So, I asked him were you there when the car was getting looked at? He said NO! But he was looking at the order on their system. Then proceed to ask me to bring the car back so he can check it. And I was thinking are you going to pay for my gas and time wasting again? The car was there for 2 hours and what did your tech do? I also told him it is recommended to rotate tires every 5k miles (Google it!) or if you can't do it then refund me my money which they never did. Company of thieves! CF5 fuel system cleaning was never done last time I brought my car in they never perform it. Usually after that service you can smell the fuel for days and the manager told me, 'Oh they took it for a test drive which is probably why you don't smell anything". I was like you're a thief! They say that all fluids are topped off, but my wiper fluid was still half when I checked it. Which makes me wonder all that time at the dealership they don't perform the service which the customer asked for, but they spend more time looking for other problems in my car and come back to tell that they saw this is wrong or bad. More

When I arrived, she asked if I wanted the technicians to do a thorough review of the car, or just change the coolant, as I had requested. That come along, this is enough to get me to return more often. I keep very close watch on my vehicle and I am knowledgeable of his requirements, so that option is right for me. More
