I bought my 2023 Rav4 on November 28th 2022 and on the same day my husband took it for a ride when I came home with it. It made a vibrating noise and the dealership was informed. On April 4th 2023 my hus same day my husband took it for a ride when I came home with it. It made a vibrating noise and the dealership was informed. On April 4th 2023 my husband brought my car to this dealership for a oil change and told them again about the vibrating noise. He waited one hour for the oil change and Nicholas Mucha spoke to him and said that the technician took it for a ride and said the wheels had a layer of mud stuck to them. He asked if he wanted them power washed and he said he didn't think that was the problem because the car made the vibrating noise on the first day we owned it but TO GO AHEAD AND CLEAN THEM to eliminate the possibility of this as a problem. The car still makes the same vibration. Today May 3rd 2023 I spoke with Richard Grugan who is a service manager at this dealership. I tried to explain the problem and he spoke over me and screamed at me and said since my husband never had the wheels power washed then he wasn't going to discuss doing anything further and kept being extremely nasty and would not let me explain anything. He said I have the paperwork here. I then called Nicholas Mucha the service advisor on April 4th 2023 and he verified that the wheels were power washed. He was extremely nice and professional. I absolutely believe that RICK DOES NOT BELONG IN THIS JOB THAT HE HOLDS and shouldn't be dealing with the public at all. I have contacted Michael Lia, owner of this dealership and am waiting for a return call. More

The purpose of my visit was to have my annual inspection. I use Lia for all my maintenance needs , but this visit was exclusively for inspection. I was welcomed immediately by Sarah Richards. Michael Richards just looked underneath the car, where I said the noise was coming from, and said it was the splash shield. It was as simple a repair as he said it would be and there was no charge for the said the noise was coming from, and said it was the splash shield. He said he looked at the movie, and it was intact. It was great to be able to check off this box!! More
