I have been buying and now leasing my cars from Lia Toyota since early 70's and never had any problems. Your service dept. takes wonderful care of my car and always ready to serve my needs and my requests. I will only drive Toyota cars until I am unable to drive any more hopefully forever. I get good gas mileage, has all the safety features that I need, smooth riding car. I feel like a queen driving my new car. Vince gave me a wonderful deal and I can keep my monthly payments within my budget restraints. Thanks "guys" for your excellent service. Do not deal w VINCE Sales- I reached out to Lia interested in a specific vehicle there. I was connected to VINCE. I advised him that I have excellent credit, a xxxx near Sales- I reached out to Lia interested in a specific vehicle there. I was connected to VINCE. I advised him that I have excellent credit, a xxxx near brand new trade-in (2018), a down payment, and already have financing. I asked if he could improve on the trade-in offer since it was below kbb trade-in value and the lowest offer from all other local dealerships. He told me he would try to get me a higher offer and would call me back. I never heard back. It was only when someone I knew reached out to his boss that I heard from VINCE again. He called me back to "offer" an additional $500 dollars for my trade in. After more discussion and further thought I agreed to do the deal. Little did I realize that the same additional $500 dollars "offered" for my trade-in was added on to the selling price. I asked about this price difference and wasn't told much of an explanation but that with taxes and fees that is what it comes out to be. AFTER signing the contract it was then when I realized VINCE had mislead me! Instead of giving me an "additional" $500 towards my trade-in he added it to the selling price. Tell me that isn't sneaky! Even after test driving the vehicle I never met this guy in person. Each and ever time I went to Lia he wouldn't show his face. BESIDES dealing with VINCE every other person was a pleasure to work with. I met with Allie and she was amazing to work with in addition to the financial department.
