Went into the showroom and a man and woman were sitting at the reception desk talking. They looked up then went back to talking without a word to me. Odd. OK, I thought, well maybe they don't want to come off as pushy. So I spent 10-15 minutes looking at the showroom models expecting a sales person would show up any minute. Nope. Toyota 4Runner off road model is awesome BTW. Next I walked back over past the desk. The two folks there didn't notice (again). No one else was on the floor and no one came out of their offices. Hmmn. So I walked behind the desk in front of the offices there just to see if anyone would acknowledge my existence. Nothing. Turned around and headed out the door. Surely, someone will see me leaving and say or do something... Again, nothing. There were NO salespeople or Managers on the floor. Got in my car and drove to another dealer where I leased a 2020 SUV that same night. More

Upgraded to a Rav4 I contacted Kermit Salfi on 10/21/19. I had worked with him previously once before and tje experience was great so I didn't hesitate this time around. I contacted Kermit Salfi on 10/21/19. I had worked with him previously once before and tje experience was great so I didn't hesitate this time around. He was able to fit me in later the same evening. I knew I wanted a Rav4. I loved my Corolla but I deal with a lot of hills and wanted something better for winter. I test drove one, but knew I wanted the XLE because I always used my moonroof in the nice weather. They had the color I wanted, so I decided to apply for a lease. I don't drive too much so going over the mileage is a non issue. I picked it up the next day and it was a very smooth transaction. Kermit showed me the ropes of my knew vehicle, so many new features I didn't have, and off I went. When I got home I realized I didn't do a walk around, when I did I noticed an imperfection and notified Kermit right away, he didn't notice it, but was glad to get me in to have it fixed for no charge. I highly recommend Kermit and Lia Toyota for your Toyota needs. More

Never again! Sales rep told me upon delivery that "they lost the spare key". Advised they would call in a few days when they found it. No call! I contacted the sal Sales rep told me upon delivery that "they lost the spare key". Advised they would call in a few days when they found it. No call! I contacted the sales rep who failed to respond. Finally almost one week later he called to tell me they would have to order a new fob because they could not locate the spare one. He stated it would only take a few days. More than one week later, nothing from the dealership. I called parts and they advised it was in. Upon delivery of the vehicle (heavy rain that day) I discovered when I got home and pulled in the garage that the exterior had pine needles under the hood and hatchback! There were also scuffs and scratches on the bumper! Not to mention the Hybrid Plug-in vehicle I purchased was not delivered fully charged. Multiple attempts to contact sales rep and no response! Never again! Not if they were the last car dealer on the planet! I will not recommend them to anyone!! More
