Recently I decided I needed to buy a bigger truck and wanted to go with a 2018 Tundra TRD. Both times Brent was professional, helpful and has gone above and beyond making both of my purchase a great buying experience. I walked it, made a deal and drove my new vehicle away in about 4 1/2 hours. I’ll definitely recommend Brent to both family and friends. Rude individual I would not return to this dealership after the experience that I had. I had an issue with my car after having previously been to the dealership, and I would not return to this dealership after the experience that I had. I had an issue with my car after having previously been to the dealership, and when I was greeted by Mr. O'Keefe he was very impatient with me and very condescending. He explained to me that he stands by his employees (even though they did bad work on my car) and he condescendingly told me that they wouldn't be repairing my vehicle for free because there was no proof that it was the mechanic's work that interfered with my car's operation. So much for a guarantee. The real kicker, though, was that when I told him that what he was doing was wrong, he replied "Well that's how things are done around here." Not good!!! More
