They offered us a deal we could not refuse for our new 2018 Highlander. They were very informative as to the workings of the new electronics in the 2018. We traded in our 2015. There was a lot of new safety features to get used to. We would recommend our friends and family so are looking for a Toyota to see Warren and Peter. More

Ryan Sanford was the service rep who brought us through this and guided us through the entire insurance and repair process! Once we reported the accident he took over and dealt with Adjustors, agents, and other insurance reps. He did all the work and informed us almost daily on the progress of our claim and repairs. He took all the hassle out of dealing with the other driver's uncooperative insurance company. I cannot stress enough he he made the entire process seem easy! He is a gem of an employee and I hope he is highly compensated! I highly recommend Lia Collision! Ask for Ryan! More
