I went back to Lia and was introduced to Jason Stores. Mr. Stores is by far the BEST sales associate I've ever dealt with. He took the time to listen and fully understand what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what my concerns were. He was able to look through the inventory and find me a great vehicle at the right price. He is extremely polite, genuine, and friendly. I also received assistance from his manager, Andy, who worked with me to make re-leasing a vehicle (on a student budget) possible. I went into the dealership thinking that I might either be pressured into lease something out of my budget, or that I would leave without any options. Jason and Andy treated me so well and recognized that I was already a loyal Toyota customer. In addition to the sales team, I had the pleasure of working with Gregg Buckley who found me several insurance quotes that were much lower than what I was paying. He is also incredibly friendly, and genuine! I went on a Sunday and it was only a couple of hours before I walked out with a great deal. I'm so happy about my recent experience at Lia! More

A Great Car Buying Experience! Mike was awesome, I went into the dealership and knew the exact car that I wanted. He is kind, respectful, and honest (overall a great person), and he did not try to upsell or pressure me into spending more than I was comfortable spending. He provided prompt follow-up to all of my questions (via text and phone call) and even followed up a week after I had purchased the car to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle! More

Service Manager is a Jerk Went in because of a shimmey in the tires. I had just been there a few days before to have scheduled service done which included tire rotation. They Went in because of a shimmey in the tires. I had just been there a few days before to have scheduled service done which included tire rotation. They told me it would most likely cost me $70 to have that problem fixed. I told them that I didn’t feel that was right because the tires were new and they just rotated them and maybe the mechanic knocked the wheel weight off when rotating. The service manager asked to see me in his office and basically tried to make me feel like a jerk and was very sarcastic and condescending. I told him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me and the conversation would end now. Complete jerk and he shouldn’t be sitting at that desk. More

Not only was Gregg unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with, he found my wife and I, 2 home and 2 car insurance rates that was significantly less expensive than what we were paying. Not to mention that it was a better policy with umbrella coverage. I would recommend Gregg to anybody who is currently unhappy with what they are paying for insurance. More
