Great price, nice people. I recently bought a Ford F-350 from Joshua Cornwell at Lia Toyota. I stopped in on father's day 30 minutes before closing and Josh still assisted me with a quick test drive. He followed up with me and we set up a time for another test drive, and an appraisal on my truck. He didn't play games with the numbers and ask me the typical "what would you like your payment to be" question. He was honest, and was able to get me close to what I needed on my trade. I don't usually like dealerships, but this time I was very happy with my experience with Lia. Thank you to Josh and the finance gentleman. Brian C. More

Jodi Vaccaro carefully wrote down all my requests and get the car serviced and addressed all my concerns. The car got oil changed, tire rotated, AWD and brake fluid changed. The went out with a great condition and I am comfortable to drive home for July 4th vacation travel. Thanks Lia Toyota and friendly staff. More

Allie is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was easy to work with through the entire process. She got me a fair deal on my trade-in and got me a lease deal on the 2018 Toyota Tacoma I was interested in. She really went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted and to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service, I really appreciate your hard work and effort in getting me the truck I wanted. I would highly recommend contacting Allie if you are looking to buy or lease a vehicle anytime soon! Gregg Buckley was very helpful in getting my insurance transferred over to the new truck. He was also more than willing to help, after I declined the first time I met with him, with looking into other insurance options with lower monthly premiums as my current monthly premium was going to increase with adding the new truck to my policy. I would highly recommend talking to Gregg about insurance options, he will work hard to help you find the best coverage at the lowest price. Adam Karian checked in with me during both my initial visit to dealership and my second visit when picking up the new truck. He made sure the process was going smoothly for me, congratulated me after a lease agreement was reached, and made sure I was happy with my experience and the new truck before leaving the dealership. Courtney Donovan went over the final paper work with me, explained what would happen next, and explained how to make future monthly payments. She was also more than willing to answer any further questions I had. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Lia Toyota of Colonie from start to finish. I felt welcomed and comfortable during both of my visits to the dealership. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and had smile on their face. I will definitely be returning to Lia Toyota of Colonie for my future vehicle and service needs. I would highly recommend stopping by Lia Toyota of Colonie if you are in the market for a new vehicle anytime soon! More

He was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and got me a great deal on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. He really made sure I was happy with my purchase and that everything was to my liking. I went to a previous dealer with my father and they completely ignored me and only addressed my father, even though I was the purchasing the vehicle. This was not the case with Kent! He mainly addressed me and made sure to explain and answer any questions that I had. Both Kent and Lia Toyota of Colonie made my first time leasing experience a positive one. I will be returning to them for any future needs or purchases! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! More

Worst leasing experience in history of leasing cars Went to the dealership based on invite for a special event for dealership to buy back Camrys. Waited for over an hour and a half to still be waiting t Went to the dealership based on invite for a special event for dealership to buy back Camrys. Waited for over an hour and a half to still be waiting to even talk with someone so we walked out. Received a call from floor person asking if we just left (which they were on point to call us as soon as we walked out) to say a salesperson was now available... after wasting our Saturday morning driving 40minutes to this “event” waiting 1.5hrs to not even talk with someone because all the salespeople “were busy” we did not turn around and instead proceeded to Northway Toyota to meet with them and discuss options for trading in our lease. Sales manager, Vince from Lia persistently texted stating their apologies and desire to meet and work with us. Long story short, ignorant us fell for Lia’s sales gimmick and went with them for trading in lease and starting new lease... credit checks were inaccurate on their end, lack of communication to customer after promising to call with updates, merged applications to have a co-applicant and applicant when we purposely did not fill out co-applicant portion and requested individual rates for leasing, transferred insurance and plates over to new vehcile before our agreement and before deliberatly hiding from us that the rate was going to be higher than agreed upon. Their responses were pure nonsense “I was off,” “he is off today,” “oh, I thought you wanted to keep your old plates,” (even though a 2+ minute convo occurred regarding this) and the typical car salesman line....”we are LOSING money on this deal..,” or “we are paying one month, it’s a 36-month lease, you are only paying 35 months” - yeah because WE PAID the first month when we were there two days prior. Overall, the people (Vince, Joe, and Brent) were friendly people, but fake, lacked communication with the customer, provided misleading/untruthful information, and was just not a fair experience.
