Financing Disaster When we came to an agreeable deal on our new Prius we were told that they would be able to get us very comparable financing to our credit union. We g When we came to an agreeable deal on our new Prius we were told that they would be able to get us very comparable financing to our credit union. We got a rate higher than I anticipated but were told that the credit union would never be able to beat the rate. We found this out when we arrived to pick up the car. When I contacted my credit the next available business day in fact their interest rate was less than half of what we had gotten through the dealership. Nick S in financing was absolutely convincing as he assured me we would not get a lower rate anywhere. Now, we have to go through the hassle of re-financing. Very VERY frustrating, and incredibly dishonest. They also attempted to slide in the extended service contract--which we later found out has a 250.00 deductible unless used at their dealership. RIDICULOUS. Due to this I would NOT EVER recommend this dealership. More

STAY AWAY FROM AARON TICE! I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. Aaron was my finance manager and meeting with him was the last step prior to taking my Toyota hom I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. Aaron was my finance manager and meeting with him was the last step prior to taking my Toyota home. He was very pleasant and inviting at first. But, that quickly changed after the extended warranty conversation came up. He wrote down a bogus "estimated" monthly payment that I could expect if I did not purchase the extended warranty. It came out to around $15 more per month than I had estimated on my own (using a car loan calculator). When I called him out on it and asked about the APR rate he was using, his response was that I would have to wait until the paperwork was printed to find out the exact monthly payment... Really, dude? He then tried telling me that the extended warranty would only be a "few extra dollars" a month, again using his "estimated" monthly payment as the baseline to try and scam me. I continued to tell him I had no interest in the extended warranty and that I wanted to be done with this conversation. But he was not having it. He told me I was being irrational and demanded I tell him the "real reason" why I am not willing to go the extra mile to protect my car. Eventually, I threatened to walk out of the dealership if he did not stop pressuring me. At that point, he handed me a sheet of paper that I had to sign in front of him stating that I am responsible for "all damages" on the car. Again, this was bogus. The car still has a factory warranty through Toyota. My advice: Never do business with this guy. Ask for someone else. He represents everything that's wrong with the car sales industry. More

Recently I decided I This was my second time back to buy from Lia and from Brent personally. My first Toyota was a 2008 Tacoma I bought 10 years ago. Recently I decided I needed to buy a bigger truck and wanted to go with a 2018 Tundra TRD. Both times Brent was professional, helpful and has gone above and beyond making both of my purchase a great buying experience. I walked it, made a deal and drove my new vehicle away in about 4 1/2 hours. I’ll definitely recommend Brent to both family and friends. And when my kids are old enough to drive and if Brent is still around, I told him I’d be back. He’s the kind of trustworthy salesperson you look for when buying a vehicle. So, if you’re in need of a great vehicle and a salesperson that will make your buying experience a pleasure, look no further and give Brent a call! More

Rude individual I would not return to this dealership after the experience that I had. I had an issue with my car after having previously been to the dealership, and I would not return to this dealership after the experience that I had. I had an issue with my car after having previously been to the dealership, and when I was greeted by Mr. O'Keefe he was very impatient with me and very condescending. He explained to me that he stands by his employees (even though they did bad work on my car) and he condescendingly told me that they wouldn't be repairing my vehicle for free because there was no proof that it was the mechanic's work that interfered with my car's operation. So much for a guarantee. The real kicker, though, was that when I told him that what he was doing was wrong, he replied "Well that's how things are done around here." Not good!!! More
