But my story was the complete opposit Like most people, I was apprehensive going to a car dealership by myself. As a woman, you hear horror stories! But my story was the complete opposite! From the moment Selena met me, I could tell that she knew her stuff and that she would treat me right! She walked me through a purchase versus a lease and then she LISTENED to me! She let me explain what I wanted and needed and then she found the EXACT vehicle! I couldn't be happier with my RAV4! I have already sent in three (3) friends and they all had the same WONDERFUL experience. Selena knows the product, treats you the way you deserve to be treated and is genuine! I would recommend Selena "Like the Singer" to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Scammed Aaron, one of the finance guys came out with paperwork already filled out for an extended warranty and pretty much laid it out how stupid it would be Aaron, one of the finance guys came out with paperwork already filled out for an extended warranty and pretty much laid it out how stupid it would be not to purchase it as it could cost $3000 to $9000 these days for repair. I knew that was crap but anyway stupidly I succumbed to the pressure but less than 24 hours later I was like that was really dumb since I bought a certified car so please cancel the extended warranty. They dragged their heals or didn't return calls until finally I got an email to come in and sign paperwork. When I got there they (Nicole) said if I cancel the extended warranty it also cancels the 1 year Certified Warranty. Really? What kind of crap is that just a month after buying a certified car and trying multiple times to get someone to help me cancel warranty and never mentioned that part, said I'd have to get the car certified again. They obviously don't care about the customer after car rolls off the lot, I bought a certified car, it should be certified for 1 year end of story. I left and they didn't reply to further emails. And I fell for the line from the sales man (Jim O'Donnell) that you can contact me anytime, I'll always try and help you out. Wrong!!! Left texts and messages and never could get a hold of him. More

My experience at Toyota was very good. Sarah Showed mer how everything worked in the car. She took the time to pair my phone and iPod with the bluetooth. When I left the dealership, I was a Sarah Showed mer how everything worked in the car. She took the time to pair my phone and iPod with the bluetooth. When I left the dealership, I was able to use the car and know how everything worked. I even left my garage door openers in my trade in. When I left the dealership she tried to call me on my phone and when she could not reach me, she mailed the remotes to my house. She was pleasant to work with. More
