Colonie called us and they had the color we were looking for. Rickie was great making sure that we got the car we wanted and making the deal work, we had several offers from other dealerships. Unfortunely our local dealership did not have the color we wanted. The out of state experience was more work, but Richie saw us through all the glitches and over all it was a great car buying experience. I can truely say he earned his commission, it was more work, but it didn't phase him in the least. He is there for his customers and you should consider buying from Richie, you won't be disappointed.
