Colonie called us and they had the color we were looking for. Rickie was great making sure that we got the car we wanted and making the deal work, we had several offers from other dealerships. Unfortunely our local dealership did not have the color we wanted. The out of state experience was more work, but Richie saw us through all the glitches and over all it was a great car buying experience. I can truely say he earned his commission, it was more work, but it didn't phase him in the least. He is there for his customers and you should consider buying from Richie, you won't be disappointed. We love our new Corolla and with the gas prices going up we are driving it more than our other cars, it has very good fuel economy. Thank you Lia Toyota for making this a great purchasing experience. THEY REFERRED ME TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FIRST SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT HELP. THEN I MET SID NARENDRA AND HE SOLVED MY PROBLEM. I met with the manager and he was able to get me into a brand NEW Rav4 without a substantial increase in my payments. The process was so quick and easy, I never thought I could afford that vehicle and he made it happen. The sales associate I worked with was amazing, she set me at ease and was very accommodating. We paid $10,000.00 as deposit and in the agreement it was mentioned $9,500.00, it seems like a typo. We pointed out the mistake to her, instead of correcting the mistake she started throwing up . tantrums like a child. We never raised the voice during the whole process. She was making a big scene - calling sales man, financial guys, yelling, stomping out of the office to figure out etc. She never apologized for the mistake!!!! The whole experience with Lia toyota was excellent except this bad incident. So i am giving 4 stars for my overall rating. More
