Cody worked with us to help us find the perfect vehicle, stayed late to help us and made the process very easy. Our only criticism is related to our interactions with the finance person. We were financing this vehicle and asked several times about the interest rate and were not told until the end. The interest rate offered was not the lowest we could get and we had to point that out. Lastly, the price for the extended warranty was presented as a difference in the monthly payment leading us to believe the cost was much less than it really was. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased at this dealership and we would purchase another. More

Horrible Customer Experience While trying to buy a new Tacoma Limited, I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Chris Bucher. Chris treated us like we had no idea While trying to buy a new Tacoma Limited, I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Chris Bucher. Chris treated us like we had no idea how car sales transactions work. He was smug and condescending. The deal killer was after we had been told that they could deliver the truck the same day, agreed on a price and given a deposit, Chris reneged on the promise of same day delivery. Anyone with an iota of customer service experience would either, bend over backwards to honor the commitment, or offer a concession as a way to make it up to the customer. To add insult to injury, the next day I left a message for the general manager Donato Benevento, and he never bothered to return my call. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I feel badly for the sales person, Cody Tallman, who is relatively inexperienced, and who was not in my opinion supported by his management, and really had little power in the entire transaction. I would never buy a car from a Lia dealership, or recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a car. More
