She explained the process and time frame for solving the problems, and texted me with repair status updates while I waited. I was amazed that she brought the mechanic working on my vehicle to the Waiting Room so that together we could consult on the repair status and next steps; I never had contact with the mechanic before. This was reassuring to me, and required a follow-up appt after Lia received parts that had to be ordered. Brittany worked with me efficiently during the follow-up as well. I highly recommend Lia Toyota for Service. More
