I was confident in my purchase I worked with Kemit. I had a very small car that wasn't good in the snow so i was thinking of upgrading to an SUV. Thought I was happy but realizing I'm not Everyone is approachable and friendly. I give you that. I simply came in for an inspection and instead decided to trade in for a new vehicle. I said I would if I got the same car but the new version. They promised and when the car arrived it had almost everything. I being nice said well I thought I was getting pleather seats? He said that's in the 4 series this is the 3. I don't know why I didn't make a fuss but I looked and I had a 4 series and traded in for a 3 even though I was promised the same version of my car but updated. I sadly trusted but now thinking about it I feel a little duped. I'm blaming myself right now for not pushing the issue but sad I trusted everyone. They also said there was a backup camera and I see that's not there either. My fault for not pushing but I'm disappointed and feel a bit lied to and taken. Im angry at myself but also a bit angry at the team. More

The perfect auto for me. When I was looking for a new vehicle I contacted Lia Toyota and mentioned I was looking for a smaller, sportier vehicle than I was used to purchasing When I was looking for a new vehicle I contacted Lia Toyota and mentioned I was looking for a smaller, sportier vehicle than I was used to purchasing over the years. I made an appointment with Jason Stores to test drive a Toyota RAV4. I was positive this was the right auto for me. Before Jason took me out for a test ride in the RAV4, he asked about my driving history and then said, "We'll take a ride in the car you think you want and then I'm going to put you in the car you really want." After driving the RAV4 (which I thought was very nice) we came back and he put me in a new Highlander. It was not even on my list of possibles. I thought, "Another big SUV? I had driven them for decades. I don't think so." And then I drove the Highlander. I could not sign the papers fast enough. After a short conversation Jason knew what I wanted more than I did! Jason found me a new Highlander in the right color and with the right options for me. The Highlander has been the best vehicle I've ever owned and Jason has been available to answer any questions I've had. Nice job Jason (and Lia). We'll be back to see Jason in 2018 to replace my wife's auto. More
