Doris Bounphasaysonh was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. She even found and applied a coupon for me for the least expensive oil change without me asking! And since I’ve purchased the car, I have called a few times with questions and he was willing to answer them without hesitation. I told him I probably would continue to call with questions and he said that would be absolutely fine and that he would be there to help me in anyway he could. I appreciate all his hard work and dedication. Clearly, he enjoys doing his job, and he does it very well. I was very satisfied with service to my AC unit that had stopped working. Samuel Doucette was a very knowledgeable service provider whose advice I appreciated. This primary customer service person who has helped me more than once and did this time, is excellent in so many ways! Dores Bounphasaysonh is kind, knowledgeable (good at explaining things - I am a question asker) concerned, goes out of her way to be helpful, is timely in her responses and is always focused on ways to be helpful to keep my old 2005 Toyota Corolla in top shape and get me in and out, arranging rides when I need it. The Lia company should be proud and glad to have her as an employee. The service person who used to help me previously was Lindsay Heart. She got me accustomed to excellent service. And she's still there for me when I need to consult with someone and Dores is not available. I'm not sure what more I can say to express my gratitude that I have such a company to take my car to to be serviced and cared for. This time the check-engine light was staying on and the techs diagnosed that a mouse have been chewing on the fuel delivery system. Now they even provide pictures of the damage for you online! How cool is that! And how good it was that they were able to find that! Now I will be able to put some anti-mouse product in my car to keep mice away. And now it is all repaired. They also discovered my muffler and tailpipe are rusted out, so that's being done next week. Okay, are there some other questions coming up ? My phone just told me that Google is not available right now. Hmmm More
