Best Yet I've been to a few dealerships and have talked to a few people over the years, when I walked into Lia Toyota Northampton I was instantly greeted by a I've been to a few dealerships and have talked to a few people over the years, when I walked into Lia Toyota Northampton I was instantly greeted by a smiling face(from what I could tell through the mask). He asked me how he could help and listened to everything that I said and eventually delivered me a car. I wont say sold because at no point did I feel that way, and at the end of the transaction another sales person came over to check in on me and I told them that I was being taken care of by my salesperson and to my surprise they told me that I wasn't dealing with a salesperson but with the actual General Manager of the entire store. I was completely blown away; at no point did he mention his position or make me feel unimportant, the entire time I was the only person that mattered. If this is the type of service that he is giving, he is TRULY leading by example for his staff to see. Thank you Myron for all of your help and with you at the helm the sky is the limit for that store. More

Lindsay Heart is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive . This has nothing to do with Lindsay. She was not there. misinformation given before sale; inadequate response after I was very pleased at the time of my purchase of a 2019 Prius Prime in March 2020. I was told that my iPhone would be able to be charged wirelessly a I was very pleased at the time of my purchase of a 2019 Prius Prime in March 2020. I was told that my iPhone would be able to be charged wirelessly and that the navigation on my phone would be visible on the car screen. However, neither of these proved to be true. After several phone calls and emails, and meeting with both my original sales person and another one, the problem was unsolved. I contacted Toyota and was told that a customer relations manager from Lia would contact me. This never happened. I blame Toyota for inadequate training of the salespeople, and Lia for the Customer Relations Person not contacting me. also, when I was most recently in the salesroom (in June) neither of the receptionists was wearing a mask. I emailed after the visit to voice this concern, and never received an acknowledgment . More
