I took my Corolla in for its annual inspection, a recall remedy regarding the airbags, and buffing of my clouded headlights. Elvin Rodriguez, the service rep I worked with, was profession, efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous and friend, from the time I checked my car in, through his explanation of what service was needed, how much it would cost, and how long it would take, to the time I picked up the car from him later in the afternoon. He was terrific to work with, and I hope he's available the next time I need to bring my car in for servicing. Everyone at Lia Toyota is excellent each time I come in. More
