Worst customer service ever experienced. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Six hours for routine service which in the past never took longer than two hours. They argued about exten Worst customer service I ever experienced. Six hours for routine service which in the past never took longer than two hours. They argued about extending deadline on a coupon I was not able to use because their schedule was full. Refused to provide service requests always granted in the past. They damaged my car and did not completely fill it with oil. Dealership ignored me until I contacted the corporate office, and problems have not yet been remedied. Something has gone seriously wrong at this dealership. After seven years, Lia Toyota will lose me as a customer. I will never buy a car from them again and will never again use them for servicing.
