Want a dirty car??? See Lia Toyota Northampton Purchased an SUV from them and got a lot of false promises. Drove there 4 times to finally get the car. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and finally Monday Purchased an SUV from them and got a lot of false promises. Drove there 4 times to finally get the car. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and finally Monday night to pick it up. Was promised to get the car detailed because it was filthy inside. The only thing that was kinda cleaned were the front two seats. The rest of the car was pretty nasty. Stained floors, seats, and all the seats were covered in hair. Why would u give a customer a dirty car? Sucks that we picked it up at night so was kinda hard to see. Samantha promised a detailed car at pickup instead we have to spend extra couple hundred to get it detailed ourselves. Sent her a message the next day and she has yet to respond. Costumer service sucks. Would not recomend this place. More

I was a bit late in filling out the survey for the sa Dear Toyota; I recently purchased a 2018 4Runner at Lia Toyota of Northampton in Massachusetts. I was a bit late in filling out the survey for the sales person. My husband deleted the e-mails before I got a chance to fill it out. I did briefly see a copy at the dealership. I would like to give all 100's and yeses to my sales person, Desean Martinez. He was very polite and respectful towards myself and my husband. At first I thought about a Highlander, but after consulting with Deasean as to my driving needs, I picked the 4Runner and absolutely love it. The only thing I don't like is that I have to reach a little farther back than I would like to grab the driver's side seat belt. I was driving a 2005 Jeep Wrangler and this is so much smoother of a ride! My husband and I go bird hunting, all of our stuff plus the dog crate fits just fine in this vehicle.
