Good sales person/ lost survey Dear Toyota; I recently purchased a 2018 4Runner at Lia Toyota of Northampton in Massachusetts. I was a bit late in filling out the survey for the sa Dear Toyota; I recently purchased a 2018 4Runner at Lia Toyota of Northampton in Massachusetts. I was a bit late in filling out the survey for the sales person. My husband deleted the e-mails before I got a chance to fill it out. I did briefly see a copy at the dealership. I would like to give all 100's and yeses to my sales person, Desean Martinez. He was very polite and respectful towards myself and my husband. At first I thought about a Highlander, but after consulting with Deasean as to my driving needs, I picked the 4Runner and absolutely love it. The only thing I don't like is that I have to reach a little farther back than I would like to grab the driver's side seat belt. I was driving a 2005 Jeep Wrangler and this is so much smoother of a ride! My husband and I go bird hunting, all of our stuff plus the dog crate fits just fine in this vehicle.
