After the sales the sales persons took time to answer questions, return calls, explain the electronics. Service gets my vote for explaining what was to be done, finishing work quickly and well. But it's Koren O'Sullivan's performance that I want to speak about: he's a wonderful salesman, and here's why: he believes in the cars he sells; he got excited, enthusiastic, in showing me around the car. He demonstrated that he honestly enjoyed talking about the car. He didn't push, but he made it clear that the hybrid Camry was a terrific vehicle. Later he answered questions, returned phone calls, explained the electronics more than once to someone who was technically challenged. He has warmth and kindness.. He made the interactions we had into a personal connection. If I had a friend interested in buying a car, I'd send him to Koren O'Sullivan. More
