Dirty Bootprints I had to get an inspection sticker from the Toyota dealer, When the car was returned it had Bootprints on my new carpet. If i put up a complaint.. I am sure they would vacuum it but I had another appointment. In the old days they used to put a paper mat down. Lia should think of small details like these. More

NON CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ANY PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT, NEVER MIND A VEHICLE. THE MANAGER IS THE WORST. It's like having a relative in the business We have a 2008 Prius with just about 300,000 miles on it. Nothing major has ever gone wrong with it. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid We have a 2008 Prius with just about 300,000 miles on it. Nothing major has ever gone wrong with it. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid battery and system would last. 100,000 miles was the speculation. At 300,000 miles we are still getting 42.3 MPG. Yes, it's a great car but I think the most important thing is preventive maintenance regimen that has been overseen by Lia's service consultant Lindsay Firmani. At every stage of our car's life cycle Lindsay has provided thoughtful advice and recommendations. Having a relationship with Lindsay is like having a relative in the business. We feel taken care of and safe. More
