Dirty Bootprints I had to get an inspection sticker from the Toyota dealer, When the car was returned it had Bootprints on my new carpet. If i put up a complaint.. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid battery and system would last. 100,000 miles was the speculation. At 300,000 miles we are still getting 42.3 MPG. Yes, it's a great car but I think the most important thing is preventive maintenance regimen that has been overseen by Lia's service consultant Lindsay Firmani. At every stage of our car's life cycle Lindsay has provided thoughtful advice and recommendations. Having a relationship with Lindsay is like having a relative in the business. We feel taken care of and safe. More
