Sells Nissans with bad transmissions and will not honor the warranty! I paid 3900 to fix my own transmission. I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle knowing about the class action lawsuit against Nissan the warranty! I paid 3900 to fix my own transmission. I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle knowing about the class action lawsuit against Nissan due to malfunctioning transmissions. They never made me aware of this before purchasing. That’s how they get over and get the money from these finance companies. So quick to make a quick buck but no good intentions for the customer. 16,000 car I’m still paying on too! Do not buy here! They try to charge $160 to read a code which you can get done for free from Oriellys across the street! They won’t honor an extended warranty bought from them! Avoid this place at all costs. More
BEWARE: This dealer advertises cars on the internet and then adds on thousands to the advertised price when you go there to look at the car and purchase it. I suggest that you not waste your time. They are then adds on thousands to the advertised price when you go there to look at the car and purchase it. I suggest that you not waste your time. They are phonies and feel no shame when called-out on doing it. Kyle (sales) shrugs his shoulders when the deceptive practice was cited. Consumers can do one thing with a retailer like this - STOP going there and stop buying from them! More
Let's start with the good. Our salesman, Marco, was outstanding. Easy to get ahold of, helpful, kind, and courteous. If you have to so business with this dealership I would highly recommend Marco. Now for the bad. This is one of those dealerships that are dreaded. They are out to mislead, misquote, misrepresent, and take advantage of at every opportunity. I believe a large brunt of this falls under the fault of their sales manager. We were literally forced to accept financing through them in order to be ALLOWED to purchase the car. Their rate was 2% over our own banks rate which we already had pre-approved. The sales manager said we had to do it because they get like "kohl's cash" when they create loans for their preferred lenders. Also we had a guaranteed offer for our trade in of $8,400 from another dealer and they offered $4,200. They upped it to $5,000 but give me a break. Overall awful experience, besides Marco. Unless you HAVE to buy through them like we did (rare car that only they had), DON'T! More
Charging more than MSRP on an order and lost a sale of a 2022 Telluride. Found a local dealer that would do it for MSRP. Extremely disappointed in the upcharge on something that literally took 5 minutes 2022 Telluride. Found a local dealer that would do it for MSRP. Extremely disappointed in the upcharge on something that literally took 5 minutes to complete. I called 15 dealers and the last one was the one and only one not overcharging the customer. More
This place cannot be trusted. Brought my leased Sorento in for service which was supposed to be complimentary. Paid for tire rotation because that was not part of the free service. When I returned for serv in for service which was supposed to be complimentary. Paid for tire rotation because that was not part of the free service. When I returned for service at 18k I needed new tires. Go figure! Brought it up to consumer affairs but they were no help. With that experience decided to go an independent mechanic for an oil change. He asked me if I ever had the oil changed. Another go figure! Don’t trust this dealership. More
Wish I looked at these before I bought a car from them. Salesman, Charlie lied multiple times and management didn't care. Bought a used 2020 Nissan Rouge, only had one key fob he said the fobs are on back Salesman, Charlie lied multiple times and management didn't care. Bought a used 2020 Nissan Rouge, only had one key fob he said the fobs are on back order for 6 months. First lie, I went to parts and Jonathan was super nice. Said he sold the last one the prior day but would have one for me in 2 days. He did! 2nd lie, I asked what do I do if we lose the key, he said download the Nissan Connect ap and you can unlock and drive your car to the dealership and they will give me a replacement. HMMM if you can give me a key then why not now? Those are for emergency. Lie 3, I called Nissan and they said the car is NOT equipped with that feature and is NOT up-gradable, factory install only. I had to bring the car back for front end work and I would pick up the key. The service department (Mat) is GREAT! Now the obvious, service couldn't bury the cost of the key and Charlie and the sales management team refused to give me the key. Management is next door to useless after they sell you the car. I had to dish out $300.00 for the key fob. Bottom line, buy anywhere else and get it serviced there! More
Friendly people who tried to be as helpful as possible and even continued to be friendly even after I told them I had purchased elsewhere. They actually congratulated me and wished me well. and even continued to be friendly even after I told them I had purchased elsewhere. They actually congratulated me and wished me well. More
