If I do need to check into service, Jim always makes sure that I have a loaner car, or the service shuttle is available. I helped a family member purchase a vehicle at Liberty Buick, we only had two hours. When I told the customer service manager (Rita) of the time crunch. We did a test drive, agreed on the price, went through service and finance and still had 15 minutes to spare- service was impressive!! Thanks for the great service! More
