He called and we agreed to the deal . We went there he tried his best to get us the vehicle that we wanted. Good experience with an honest sales person. Not only the dealer leased us the vehicle as was agreed on the phone but later sent us a $50 gift for having a lunch or dinner. I had a budget in mind and knew what car I wanted to get. Josh helped me achieve both the budget, car, and payment that I could live with. He was patient and went over the top to help me find hitches appropriate for the handicap attachment to the car and explained all the new buttons and whistles I would need to enjoy my new Encore.
