Julius was professional, friendly, caring and attentive. The car we were interested in was exactly as described and the deal was finalized. Julius recommended a restaurant nearby where we could go have lunch while our new car was being completely detailed. When we returned, our new car was ready. Julius gave us a quick overview, made sure we knew where all the buttons were and we made it back home before dark. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. Happy with the final result I purchased a 2014 Lacrosse in January 2015 (it had been a "loaner") from Liberty Buick. I had previously owned a 2012 Lacrosse which was a great car I purchased a 2014 Lacrosse in January 2015 (it had been a "loaner") from Liberty Buick. I had previously owned a 2012 Lacrosse which was a great car. This technically new car is a beautiful car, too. A few days later, I notice that it had a "popping" sound coming from the left front wheel area when making a turn. This was a concern to me. I brought it back to Liberty Buick...numerous times. Jim Frith was patient and concerned. It took many times of trying various fixes. Finally, Bruce Irving rode with me, heard the faint popping, and he told the service technician how to drive it to duplicate the sound.....The end result is: NO MORE popping sound and the car drives like a dream. I am happy with the persistence, patience, and professionalism of Jim Frith and Bruce Irving. I will return for service and probably for my next car. More
