The salesmen here are your typical car salesman except for 1. There is one single car salesman who went above and beyond and even after having some issues with the truck he was the one who helped me correct it and he even called ford for an extra key Fob since the dealer didn't have both sets (That wasn't his job and he had no obligation) His name is Vlad Sasaran. Let me be clear about one thing. Vlad wasnt even the person who sold us the truck. Yet I noticed him working his butt off for us tying up all the loose ends. This is after the deal was already done! He wasn't making any money or trying to make any off of us. He is Genuinely an honest,upfront,hard working employee. I usually am not to kind to salesman because of their reputation. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND THIS REVIEW. If you plan on visiting Liberty Buick-100% Hands down no question Vlad is the person you want. He isn't about numbers or making a "sale" he is there to help and make sure you leave happy. Sorry for the long ramble but I felt I needed to at least let future buyers know if you want a hassle free,no pressure or games experience. He's your man More

I spoke with Ken prior to coming to t Last year I met Ken while enquiring about a pre owned BMW X5 that was at their dealership out in Peoria Arizona. I spoke with Ken prior to coming to test drive the vehicle and he answered all my questions thoroughly and was HONEST about the vehicle. Ken and I worked some numbers, he had to listen to my father who was besting him up over the price and finally we made a deal and I was the new owner of the BMW that I always wanted. This past year I have had the vehicle it has been amazing, safe and reliable. Ken left me a message about six months ago to just check in and see how my vehicle was, which obviously shows he is dedicated to his customers and satisfaction even months down the road after he sells a vehicle. I received a call from Ken personally on my birthday this past month in April just seeing how I was and the vehicle and obviously again to wish me a happy birthday! Crazy electrical problem diagnosed and fixed very nicely My 2010 Buick LaCrosse was intermittently stalling and had to be towed - I chose Liberty Buick, where I originally bought the car. Jim Frith, servic My 2010 Buick LaCrosse was intermittently stalling and had to be towed - I chose Liberty Buick, where I originally bought the car. Jim Frith, service advisor, was in charge to find out the problem. It turns out a former bad battery had leaked acid on the wiring harness underneath it, and it had also put the pollution control module (PCM) out of whack. Jim and his staff correctly diagnosed the problem. They fixed the wiring (charging me only for labor - no tax). The also found out that the PCM was still under an 8-year warranty and replaced it for free, saving me a substantial amount of money. The car has been operating perfectly since their fix. Jim also helped my wife secure a new remote for her 2009 Chevy and had it programmed right away. I was delighted with the service, and if I could assign then six stars instead of the maximum five, I would. Great folks to deal with. More

Dylan was very pleasant and easy to work with, he was polite, courteous, and always looking for your comfort. He brought us all our loose items from our glove compartment or whatever else was loose in our old car. He would make sure we always had water and even brought us popcorn.
