professional, friendly and listened what i wanted. I went in looking for an Equinox as that is what I had before and LOVED it. My Equinox was totaled and couldn't find one comparable! I also told Tim that I really likes the boxy look of the Dodge Nitro. He put crossover SUV size with the look I likes and suggested a GMC Terrain. I purchased a Terrain SLT that was almost the exact replica of my Equinox LTZ interior with a sun/moon roof and same cab size (Tim helped me measure it, door to door) but with the boxy look of a Nitro!
