I was disappointed in the service department this trip. I had an appointment at 10:00 & I arrived a little early. I did not get away until almost 1:30! I have given this rating because every time I go to this dealership it is always excellent. The work, the courtesy, the care they take; to make sure you are ok and understand what is happening while you ar dealership it is always excellent. I have a 2008 Cadillac DTS that I have had serviced at Coulter Cadillac. The service was always very satisfactory. I discovered through a neighbor that Bruce had joined Liberty Buick as Service Manager, so I visited Bruce and he assured me that Liberty could service my Cadillac for both maintenance and any warranty work, hence I am now coming to Liberty. Jim Frith is my service consultant and i am very please with Jim. This was the first maintenance and warranty service other than a previous oil change. We purchased our Buick Enclave from Ken Muecke in December of 2009. He is very easy to work with and still calls us to see how we and and our car are doing. Ihad been having a problem with the electrical part of my A/C back up camera, and the drivers seat, after explaining my problem Mike told me what was wrong and the next morning I picked my 99 regal up and ev A/C back up camera, and the drivers seat, after explaining my problem Mike told me what was wrong and the next morning I picked my 99 regal up and everything is like new, and the price was very fair. I brought my Buick Lucerne to Liberty Service Department because the condition of the battery, It was the original battery and I suspected a weakness. The battery which was still in warranty was defective. A new battery was installed at no cost to me. What a pleasant surprise. I could not have been treated better. My brother has had service at Liberty Buick and we both can not say enough praise for the service that we have received.I have and will in the future recommend Liberty Buick for service and sales to anyone.
