Totally unprofessional in dealing with my request I had an interest in seeing a new for 2020 Challenger color and called first to see if it was ON THE GROUND and IN INVENTORY . . . Not in transit. Talked with Kelly and was assured that there was one for me to see and asked again that it was there at the dealership. Even asked if it was on the floor or outside, and though she wasn't sure where this particular car was, it certainly was at the dealership. I made a special trip there from the McHenry area to see this car, got there within 10 minutes of my appointment time, and was greeted by a salesman who came back after a few minutes and told me that this particular car WAS NOT AT THE DEALERSHIP and NEVER WAS. He offered to show me a different car in the same color and I said "that'll be fine". And wouldn't you know it . . . that car wasn't there either, but was told it was at a Body Shop 20 minutes away. I couldn't have been more specific in my questions, but got the RUN AROUND all the same. Wasted a half hour of my time there not to mention the travel time to and back from this dealership and ultimately in the wrong direction from my intended destination. More

I bought a 2017 dodge journey used. the price you see is not what you will pay. We walked in and they immediately tacked on a 2000+ certified fee I told them i'm not paying it and was going to walk out the not what you will pay. They came back with a monthly total i said it was too high and wanted to stay around $150-$180 instead of coming down on price they pulled a fast one and made our loan terms longer. If i wasn't handling kids I would've noticed it instead they quick rushed us into a room to sign papers thinking they had come down like we wanted them to. Our second key doesn't even match our car it has a hatch button and automatic start neither of which this vehicle has. Not happy and wont be back. I did email Agata Klos stopped getting replies when i showed them proof of the price of the car and proof of what we paid. More
