He goes above and beyond each and every time. He is the reason why we went from 1 car to 20 plus. The entire staff has taken on his philosophy of taking car of customers, exceeding their expectations, and going above and beyond no matter how simple or difficult the task is. Steve and his crew are the sole reason why my family and my employees come to Liberty. This type of service has been lost throughout the years, but never left how Liberty takes care of their customers. He often refers to his customers as either guest or family. I did receive a text or two telling me what the tech was doing. I like to discuss what was done and why it was done to the car rather than just getting a text telling me my car is ready without talking to anybody or saying what to do next - like go to cashier etc. Human contact at a car service dept is very important!
