Anytime my husband or I needed to bring in our truck for service we called or texted the one person we could depend on, Dan the Man! He has always made time in his busy schedule to genuinely respond to our texts and accommodate our needs. If we needed further assistance, Tony Anzelmo was there to jump in and assist as well. Both of these individuals were the reason why we kept our loyalty and i is exactly why we ONLY serviced our vehicle here. Dan Magana's customer service is UNMATCHED and he is consistent! We've had friendly and not so friendly,over the years and Dan was always there to receive the feedback and help out the best way he could(He and I should collaborate to do a training session for the company on how VIP Customer Service can create a Win-win for everyone 😉) Recently, we decided to buy a new vehicle. We could have chosen to go anywhere with a few other competing dealerships who gave us great options, but we decided to purchase a brand new beautiful 2023 Durango truck. Despite the other multiple offers elsewhere, it was the customer service that was subpar at those location. That was a huge turn off. At Liberty Auto City we received the expected phenomenal customer centric service and superior accomodating knowledgeable expertise we have not received anywhere else.
