I called at 9am for finance application and requested final numbers so I could pull a cashiers check, pick up my car and not waste time. I was not contacted to update figure or anything. The customer service I received at Liberty Auto city was average. Our excitement for getting a new car took over and the initial interaction we had with the sales guy Paul was great. Unfortunately the foll average. Our excitement for getting a new car took over and the initial interaction we had with the sales guy Paul was great. Unfortunately the follow up was not. I wish things would’ve been presented up front instead of having to have so many problems to deal with afterwards.. The treatment we received was good but I think any one wanting to make a sale will paint a perfect picture at first. It was frustrating to have been charged a different price for the car than what we were told and then have to make time to go back and have it handled. I feel like things should’ve gone differently, when someone makes a big purchase such as buying a car, the last thing any one wants to stumble upon is having to find lies and dishonesty. And to top it off when we make time out of our day to handle something the sales guy walks out and calls from the parking lot to come back another day. Handled very poorly. More
