David in your service department is a total keeper. I had horrific issues with my young 2021 Grand Cherokee that I purchased from you. It only has 45k miles on it. It didn't start 4 times this winte I had horrific issues with my young 2021 Grand Cherokee that I purchased from you. It only has 45k miles on it. It didn't start 4 times this winter and was blowing black ice out the the exhaust. David got an engineer from Chrysler involved finally as nobody could fix this. I paid out way to much $$ of my own when I have an extended warranty bought by you also. I paid out 2 deductibles of $250 so $500 total and the issue still wasn't fixed. I paid for batteries and other items and that did not fix the issues. Once David got the engineer involved, they started finding all sorts of issues. New Cam Shaft, New Cylinders, new Alternator, New Batteries it was insane. I would love to get my second deductible back as the second fix did not fix it. Through all this aggravation David finally found me a loaner vehicle in which I was grateful for. He followed up with me pristinely and was kind and knowledgeable. His customer service was 5 plus stars and he really should get some high recognition for this. As I do not trust my vehicle any longer sadly and feel the same thing will happen next winter, I pray David is still there to help me if I still own the vehicle. Thank you. Michelle Micky Janczak.
