We made an appointment 2 weeks ago. When we brought our Jeep into the dealership, was told that they will look at it within the next 2 - 3 days. Why make an appointment if they do When we brought our Jeep into the dealership, was told that they will look at it within the next 2 - 3 days. Why make an appointment if they don’t look at the Jeep when scheduled. Said that they would look at vehicles that were brought in earlier in the week and would look at ours when available. Terrible experience. When you make a dinner reservation, is it ok to sit in the front door area for 4 hours, only to be told, sorry the kitchen is closed. Come back in 2 days, then maybe we can fit you in. Sucks More
