It is a good thing I knew what I wanted because salesman stated he only knew about Fords and nothing else. A Honda was different and he could not answer any of my questions. This led me to call a family member to get another opinion of vehicle. This attitude made me weary of purchasing upon first impression. I only purchased the car because I was able to take it to a mechanic and they verified its condition. The car sold itself and I knew more about purchasing a car and the car itself from tiktok than my associate. He was friendly but lack of knowledge and strong cigarette odor was very off putting. I had a severe headache after both days of sitting there for a couple hours at the desk. After test driving the van he got stuck in the back seat and couldn't open the door. After a long pause of waiting I had to open door for him like a child from the outside. My grandfather even commented "Does his wife drive him to work too?" Everyone else I spoke with was great and helped move the process along quicker. I am super happy with the car but the experience was something else. More
